As a former Senior Director/VP with a large financial firm, where I had been promoted several times in 22 years, I didn't have a clue on resumes, job searches, other than what I had heard on TV and from my friends and my son.
I had no idea where to start. I met CCG (Jim) and received an outline for how to begin to find a job. Following our first meeting I began to network (one of Jim's absolutes to finding opportunities) and working on a resume. This was in April, 2009. It took me four weeks to have an "approved-by-Jim" resume / game plan in place. Jim was there to coach me every step of the way.
I had two interviews this past week and both went great. At one firm, there were four candidates in total and I was the only one to receive a "campus tour."
